The customer service team is hands down some of the most helpful humans I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. The prices are also extremely fair, the product selection rocks, and they have excellent customer rewards including points program and free gifts, free delivery over 100. The only reason for an imperfect score is their website could use some technical improvements. Some examples – allowing me to add items to my card then getting an error message that “items cannot be bought” at checkout, glitch that phantom adds extra quantities I did not order to my cart, listing items as in stock when they are sold out.
Overall very happy with product, customer service and shipping was fast. Only thing was I had a couple of broken chocolate pieces when I received it I mean it wasn’t that big of a deal because I still got pretty high from it lol. But maybe check there products from time to time incase customer may receive broken edibles etc.
The best of the best. I came across BP website and was amazed by the impressively vast selection of medical marijuana products. Over 50 varieties of Sativas, Indicas, and hybrids, as well as edibles and other specialty marijuana products. Their website is easy to navigate, with high quality photos, detailed descriptions, and well notated prices per dose. I was approved to purchase from their website just 5 minutes after submitting my Doctor recommendation.
Actual weed smoker here who doesn’t care about the free joints, just want quality bud in a fast, professional manner. I was iffy about this place. Late night, first time customer and all. The polarized reviews. I will say I was actually very pleasantly surprised and impressed. Immediate response time. Very quick delivery as promised. And most importantly, good weed for good price. Couldn’t ask for much more.
I really liked this guys. The prices were good and the products are quality. I would recommend!
